I was so excited, but when this came out of the oven...big disappointment. next time i'll try another kind of vegetable and maybe some more herbs. i feel like rosemary would have done some good here.

This was really quick to fix and tasty. The next time I would spice it up a bit. Never thought I would like the lima beans but they were great!

Another recipe of Giada that I have try; and again me and my husband was very disapointed. Following my instinct I added some natural lemon juice, more wine,
garlic and onions, but it does not help so much to improve this Bad recipe.

My husband ate it up even though he previously claimed he hated lima beans! I think this recipe has made him a convert!

This is an execellent meal. It's very light but good. Don't be afraid to add the light extra parsely and wine. It really adds to the flavor.

I actually used a Mahi Mahi filet, added fresh garlic, red pepper flakes, kosher salt & pepper to the lima beans. I also added an additional spice on the top by Urban Accents called Isle of Carpi Blend which has sea salt, red pepper flakes, garlic, oregano and thyme. This really kicked it up and I thought the lima beans were pretty tastely even though I was a bit scared at first as I couldn't recall having them in the past and so many people don't like them. A quick meal with a few additions and it was not at all lacking in flavor

I read the other reviews and decided to add some roasted tomatoes to each piece of fish and I used canned lima beans instead of frozen. I also added a little crisp bacon when it was finished and that added a lot. Next time I think I would use capers instead of bacon and I bet that would work out nicely. It was good but not great.

It was okay. I added some garlic and red pepper flakes and my fish was still bland. I didn't like the texture of the lima beans either. Maybe next time I'll use canned beans?
