This dish is probably one of the easiest seafood dishes you could think of making. It is good year round, but especially refreshing in spring and summer. The combination of flavors is spectacular with perfect acidity saltyness and spice. Definately recommend this dish for a quick, light, and fufilling dinner!

Having changed my eating style due to diet and weight goal's. I found this meal very good and easy to prepare. I also froze it and it was great hot. Thank you for such a great meal!!

The textures together were very good and the fish was excellent. The flavor of the fennel verses the bite of the grapefruit were just too much for me.
