This is a simple, light and very tasty recipe. I have made it several times now, following the recipe exactly, and was met with praise from even picky eaters who do not like fish! This is easy to make for a group too - the recipe doubles beautifully. I pair this with cooked orzo and mix it with lemon zest, olive oil, parsley, mint (to mimic the flavors in the pea salad, salt and pepper, along with a simple spinach salad. It has been a hit every time!

Wonderful and easy. We made this for our Thanksgiving dinner which consisted of 9 adults. It was enjoyed by all. Instead of Halibut we used Cod. We also eliminated the mint and added fresh lemon juice to the salad. It was great. We served this with roasted cauliflower, long grain rice, cranberries and bread. Definitely will make this again.

Excellent! Made this for my whole family and everyone loved it. I used sea bass instead of halibut. I served this with s spinach salad, goat cheese and pomegranite seeds, yum! Tonight I will try the tomato basil bread pudding tonight with a salad. Felt this, was a whole meal in itself! Thx Giada!

This is a great simple recipe with lots of flavor. I used Mahi Mahi instead of Halibut because that's what I had on hand. The pea salad is delicious and will go well as a side dish with many recipes. I will definitely make this again.

This is a home run. Would highly recommend it. Light with a ton of favor. The mint really brings out the flavor in the pea salad. Very refreshing. Will make it again , next time for a crowd. Fast and easy.!
