Excellent, easy recipe. 1 T smoked paprika was plenty.

I made this last night and it was SO SO good! It was very easy to cut the recipe in half (I am only feeding 3 people so I didn't need to make that much. I will certainly make again!

I made this 3 weeks ago for a family diner. The comments ranged from "You've outdone yourself this time" to "WOW, you got the recipe from that TV show? I love it." Absolutely outstanding main dish. I couldn't find smoked paprika so I used regular paprika and added 1 tsp liquid smoke. I am going to make it again Sun. for some close friends. I HIGHLY recommend this recipe!

    Thanks Giada!!!

The pork was super tender but just the smell of the smoky paprika was hard to enjoy.I'm definitely not a smoky flavor lover. I only used 1 tablespoon and i feel i could have used less. If i decide to make this again i would leave out the smoky paprika all together and maybe use regular paprika and/or red pepper flakes.

I took the pork out of the oven at 150 degrees internal temperature, wrapped in foil, rested for 10 minutes and the meat was still medium to medium well. The sauce has promise BUT the smoked paprika (which I cut to only two tablespoons was still the dominant note of the sauce. If I tried this sauce again I would start with as little as a half of tablespoon of the smoked paprika and then add to taste after it was through the blender. Nice and creamy though.

This sauce was incredible! I did not use the 2 tablespoons of salt - just enough to taste. This is one I will make over and over. I have already sent the recipe to several friends and all raved. The sauce would also be great with grilled chicken. Do not skip this recipe!

The sauce for this is excellent. Would be great on more than just pork tenderloin.
