    Perhaps the red, yellow and orange peppers I had could have been sweeter, but the sauce turned out a little bitter for me, even after adding about a teaspoon of sugar. Also, I’m going to assume that suggesting two tablespoons of salt at the end is a misprint. Two teaspoons, with some additional pepper, were enough to season the sauce. This looked so delicious but I was a bit disappointed.

    this is a WOW dish. Pork so tender, the sauce is DELICIOUS. My husband kept saying how good the pork was with the sauce. I am going to cook this dish again and again, and also for my special guests. It's that good!

    Absolutely fantastic! You could eat the red pepper sauce all by itself, but the pork went with it very well! Quick, easy, and will definitely make again!
