This salad was wonderful! I huge hit at our Thanksgiving potluck. There was not a piece left. I made the roasted vegetables the day before and they were perfect with the arugula, pears and dressing. Thanks Giada!

This is a wonderful delicious salad. I served for lunch and it was a big hit with everyone there. I am making it again today but my grocer was out of parsnips so I am substituting butternut squash today. It will be great side for my chicken soup! Thanks Giada for all of your great recipes. I have not made one of yours yet that I did not enjoy!

Very nice, tasty salad - I liked that it's different to regular salads & I enjoyed the fresh dressing.

This was so good!!! Made it for Thanksgiving dinner and it was such a hit. No one ever eats salads when there is so much other good food around but this was just delicious and everyone wanted the recipe. I roasted about double the veggies like other reviewers said.

I made this for my Thanksgiving pot-luck at church. It was super yummy and there was only a little bit left at the bottom for my leftovers the next day! What made it so special was the colors of all of the root veggies. :

This recipe is fantastic! I doubled the amount of veggies and added butternut squash. It was a hit at my dinner Party. I will definetly make it again!
