    We loved this recipe. Grocery was out of parsnips so I decided to sub beets. Really delicious! I will make again with parsnips.

    I would double the amount of veggies, by the time they roast, it didn't seem to me that there were enough, but everyone loved it.

    I saw this show this morning and made this for my friend who has a gluten allergy and it was amazing!! My husband, who usually does not like salad with fruit, really enjoyed the salad. Love this recipe!! This has been saved as a favorite! Thank you Giada. Once again, a wonderful recipe!
