I made this for me and my friend and we both loved it. The Gorgonzola and Garlic made it just perfect! A new party food!

Delish! - made these Sunday for my family and they all loved them, especially since it's summer and the tomatoes are so fresh! I think you could easily make these with any type of tomatoe not just Roma. Thanks for the great side dish!

I've made these a few times and they are wonderful! I've served them as an appetizer but almost like them better as a side dish with steaks. I would make no changes to this recipe.

So good, I ate too much! Perfect for an appetizer, a bring-along dish to a party, or just LUNCH. I added real bacon bits to the bread crumbs and it truly took it up a notch! Perfection.

I made the roasted tomatoes for my nursing class and people who normally don't like tomatoes and/or gongonzola cheese LOVED them! There were NO leftovers!

I make these about every 2 weeks now and they come out great every time. I love the flavor of the sweet tomatoes with the bread crumbs and garlic. MMmmmmm. Yummy!

My meat-eating husband loved these tomatoes over capellini (angel hair pasta. After I removed the tomatoes from the marinade, I added the gorgonzola cheese, seasoned bread crumbs and panko bread crumbs and more garlic into that same bowl and added more olive oil just to moisten. Then stuffed that mixture into the tomatoes, adding a tad more olive oil on top! I used chopped chives rather than the parsley. Delicious and not dried out!

This recipe was fantastic..the mixture of the warm tomato and mild gorgonzola really popped in your mouth...I added a little bit more parmesan cheese than giada did because I love the saltiness of the parm..I would really recommend everyone to try it...great appetizers for a party!
