I tries this recipe twice, the first time I used a goat gorgonzola, and the second a plain gorgonzola cheese. I prefered the goat gorgonzola, It was a bit milder.

I made this for my wife and me yesterday and we were both very surprised how all of the flavors came through the olive oil. Although the gorgonzola did seem to lose a bit of its bite through the baking process. Still it was a big hit and so simple even I could do it.

Overall I thought they were pretty good, but for me the gorgonzola was a bit too strong. I will have to try this with a different cheese next time and as well this could be interesting by making different types of stuffing, just like you would do for stuffed mushrooms

I had my in-laws over for dinner last night & these were part of the menu. My Sicilian father-in-law tasted them & then said, "These taste just like my grandmother's tomatoes". They were so good & super easy to make. Thanks for helping me impress my in-laws. My mother-in-law even asked for the recipe!

I made these last week for my family, and they were a hit! I made some slight substitutions. I used Italian breadcrumbs (instead of plain, regular tomatoes (I plan on doing this with my home-grown ones later this summer, and lots of olive oil drizzled on top. They were delicious and indulgent, especially on a rainy day.
Thanks Giada for another show-stopper in the kitchen. This is one for my recipe book.

I made this recipe today, it was just great. I actually added one clove of garlic to the tomato marinade, and one to the breadcrumb/gorgonzola mix. MMMMM. But, I love garlic, so it worked for me.
Great recipe, thanks again for a good one!

My husband and I made this tonight and It was like a mouthful of dust... This needs less breadcrumbs and more gorgonzola. Next time, I think I'll change it around by coating the inside of the tomatoes w/ the breadcrumbs and adding the gorgonzola cheese on top... Rather than stacking full of breadcrumbs. All-in-all, it had an average taste and the parsley deff helped.

I was disappointed with this recipe because Ii had a mouthful of dried breadcrumbs and nothing else when I bit into the tomato. I normally love her recipes, this one just didn't do it for me!
