I liked the concept of using the yogurt with the mayo, but it was a bit on the bland side for me.

Yummy! I love that Giada uses mostly yogurt to make this sauce making it pretty light. Like others that have posted I used cilantro in the aioli and used spinach instead of arugula....YUM

Very tasty. I didn't have arugula, so I used kale instead. Also instead of parsley, I used cilantro. Turned out delicious and yummy. Thanks for a great wrap recipe that is easy and flexible to what I might have in the fridge.

I used greek yogurt because of its consistency ( its much thicker and the sandwiches turned out AMAZING!!! They were a hit at the potluck I took them to! Thanks Giada!

Really good. Very versatile recipe. No anchovy? No problem. Tastes good without it. I prefer the arugula. However, this sauce can be made with fresh spinach. No yogurt? I used sour cream and a little water. Tasted good. Thank you Giada for a recipe that I can make without too many trips to the grocery store.

I made these without the anchovy - had none in the pantry - and slightly increased the garlic. They were yummy, though if the sandwich is all you're having for lunch, you may want to make two instead of four sandwiches as they're rather small.

This was a so good that even my mother, who is a picky eater liked it. I did make some changes to the recipe. I left out the anchovy and substituted cilantro for the flat leaf parsley. The cilantro really gave the chicken salad a refreshing taste.

Was very excited about making this for lunch today. Have to say that I am not a fan of the flavors. I love everything that I make from Giada's recipe's and was disappointed. Will not be making this one again.
