This was a so good that even my mother, who is a picky eater liked it. I did make some changes to the recipe. I left out the anchovy and substituted cilantro for the flat leaf parsley. The cilantro really gave the chicken salad a refreshing taste.

Was very excited about making this for lunch today. Have to say that I am not a fan of the flavors. I love everything that I make from Giada's recipe's and was disappointed. Will not be making this one again.

Delicious! I didn't put the anchovy in though... I hate them. And I swapped the parsley for cilantro. This was a very yummy sandwich - I used some flatbread from my local store & made two day's worth of lunches from this recipe.

I saw this on TV but couldn't find the recipe right away and needed an appetizer for a pinochle game night with friends, so I tried to 'remember' the ingredients. Missed the chives and white wine vinegar and could only find a small container of growing arugula and couldn't remember how much parsley (used 2 TBSP. I used 1/2 c. of mayo and 1/2 c. of plain yogurt. It was very runny and I thought it would be a waste, but I cut it into 1 1/2 inch pieces and (made about 6 wraps and they ate it all! It tasted amazing! How long can I keep the anchovies after opening? I have never bought them before.

I was not a fan of this recipe at all. The lemon was over powering and the arugula is way too strong. Will not be making this one again.

These sandwiches were easy to make, and they tasted really light. This is the perfect lunch if you're in a hurry. The flavors were different from what I'm used to on a sandwich, but I liked the way everything blended together. The arugula was a nice switch from lettuce because it has a very unique taste. I would make these again.

My husband and I loved this tasty treat. Now we want to explore more dishes with arugula. Thank you for sharing with us.

I just made this recipe and really enjoyed it, although I thought the lemon zest was a little overpowering. I cook for just myself, and since I rarely use arugula and parsley I was hoping to make a large batch of the aoili and freeze it for future use. Does anyone know if this would ruin it or if it would be alright? Thanks!

I really want to try this, but DISLIKE mayo, so I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on something to substitue it with?
