I am a huge fan of Giada's show. I make a lot of her recipes and usually love them. This one had good underlining flavor however I could not get past the strong parsley taste and leaf texture. I even had it in my food processor for the finest puree. No one except my husband enjoyed this dish. It truly was like eating a bunch of parsley. Also, the lettuce she uses in the show is NOT arugula. It looks more like baby spinach which would give this dish a better taste.

This recipe was so fabulously tasty that there are no words to describe how good it was! I added 2 cloves of garlic instead of one because my household loves garlic. This is a must try!

I have made aioli from scratch many a time
but this was so fast and tasty... I made
this for lunch today and stuffed the chicken in 100% whole wheat pita's and sliced up some plum tomato and videlia
onion very this added a little salt and
pepper on them with the rocket lettuce
(baby arugula.I used hellman's light
mayo and low fat yogurt and it sure doesn't taste low fat, thats for sure.

Thought the chicken with the Aioli was just dynamite. Used a thin whole wheat flat bread instead of a tortilla.
