These were great and I will make again. My only problem was rolling the tortilla and cutting it afterwards got a little messy BUT it was still good! Like the unique blend of flavors :

I made these for my picky two-year-old. He wasn't a fan, but I actually loved them. The sweet and savory combo was delicious. I'll definitely make again for myself for lunch!

I made this last weekend with my husband - it was fantastic! I had the turkey but my husband used ham and american cheese. We even made one with a pizza filling and one with just cheese for the kids! Thanks for the fresh ideas for our kitchen!

I loved this recipe. Did not use the whipped cream cheese, but I did have soft cream cheese on hand. Tried it with the honey and once with fig preserves. Must admit that the honey was better. Did not have the cheeses listed either, so I just used a mexican shred blend. I think this one is a keeper... Love you Giada, and that Jade is so cute!! Keep the recipes coming...

loved it. never have cream cheese, so we don't use it, but have used goat cheese in addition to whatever other cheese we are using (whatever is in the fridge- colby, cheddar, swiss and the kids like it. I feed 8 kids (aged 1-5 yrs every day and they all like it. Even the kiddo who is allergic to everything so we used corn tortillas, apples, turkey and goat cheese for his. My daughter has asked for it repeatedly. For the reviews that didn't like it, try it w/out the cream cheese spread.

After reading the reviews, I didn't use the cream cheese mixture. It turned out great! We all liked it a lot.
