What a wonderful dish! SO tasty & easy! One little hint....dip some french or italian bread in the sauce while eating.....YUMMMY!!!!

We really enjoyed this dish. The capers added a little something extra. We also added green peppers and onions.

I made this recipe twice and it turned out great both times. The first time I served it the day I made it. The second time I made it the day before and served it to my supper club. To reheat it I just put it in my roaster on low and it was exceptional. This is the perfect make ahead dish! I used bacon the first time and it worked just fine.

Sauce was delicious, however, chicken was dry. I loved the potatoes which were an accompanying dish. Usually, I make ones that are the same, but haven't added onions previously. They were really nice!

I made this dish and it came out good. However, there was nothing extraordinary about this dish. Additionally, I found it to be a bit labor intensive given the final result. I had read all the glowing reviews so I made the chicken with the potatoes. Potatoes were simple and tasty- but as I said before the chicken was nothing special. Sorry Giada!

I was disppointed in how this came out after reading the reviews. It was not too difficult to make. Overall I thought it was average as compared to some of her other recipes I have tried.

I enjoyed this dish, but my husband is not a bell pepper lover, so this dish is out. I thought it needed a bit more spice however, but I would eat it again.
