I almost didn't make this recipe--didn't think my husband would like it. Boy, was I wrong! He raved for an hour about this delicious dish. I had to make a few substitutions, but it was absolutely scrumptious. I love the mixture of the breast and thigh and the tangy, wonderfully flavorful sauce. I know this will become a regular item on my menu.

I'm always looking for new things to do with plain-old chicken and this recipe turned out great! I let the dish simmer for 2 hours and added extra garlic, prosciutto and herbs. Plus, after reading all the reviews I decided to use only chicken thighs - no breasts - and I'm glad I did. The chicken was so tender and the meal had lots of flavor. This is a definite keeper!

We had it on Friday it was very delicious I didnt have procuttio on hand so i used some cilantro excellent, We will have this again. Next time I will make sure I have the procuttio on hand sorry for the spelling

I made this on my son's birthday when I had his grandmother and aunt and cousins coming over. Everyone loved it and raved over it. I am making it again for dinner tonight. I think it's a wonderful dish full of flavor. One of my new favorite chicken recipes no doubt. Thank you Giada. :

This recipe is very easy to make and taste great. My son gobbled up all the leftovers as it makes a lot, not a drop was left. Thanks for such a great recipe!

This recipe is simply fantastic!! Its so easy too. The only thing I plan to alter on the recipe is next time I will use all thighs. The thighs picked up more of the flavor of the sauce. Even my 2 children were impressed.

This dish is wonderful! It is easy to prepare and very tasty. I made it for guests and it looked like I had spent much more time and effort than I had. I will make this a regular meal for my family.
