I watched the show where Giada made this and it looked so good and pretty easy so I made it for a dinner party. I like to cook and have friends for dinner quite a bit. But I tell you, this was the best meal I've made in a very long time! The flavor was so awesome! Only change I made was I simmered it for 2 hours to really make the chicken very tender. Served it with roasted baby red potatos and a caesar salad. Next time, I think I'd just do thighs as that was the most flavorful of the two meats. Bravo!!

I just made this for dinner this evening, and I can't believe how tender the chicken is, and how flavorful this dish is. I highly recommend it!

Ate it the first night, so I need to see how much better it will be tomorrow. Made it for my mother-in-law on mother's day. She loved it!
I may have overcooked the chicken, so I need to give it another chance.

We cooked this one day and ate it the next. Fantastic. Must be the prosciutto and capers. One question: the ingredients list calls for half a teaspoon of salt PLUS one teaspoon and half a teaspoon of pepper PLUS one teaspoon, The recipe never says what to do with the extra teaspoon of salt and pepper. Did the show (which I didn't see tell what these were for, or is the list incorrect?

This was a wonderful chicken dish. Saw it on the show and immediately knew I had to cook it. Tastes awesome even without the capers!

This recipe has made a Giada fan of me. Very simple, with a modest list of very accessible ingredients, and flvor that knocks your socks off! My kitchen smelled like an Italian restaurant (a good one too.

Loved this recipe. Simply fantastico! Served it with wilted escarole....the green veg was a nice color contrast.
