This dish is beautiful, easy and great for company! As another reviewer pointed out it is similar to Giada's chicken cacciatore (which is delicious but I prefer this dish because it has more depth of flavor. Yes, the sauce is thin, but I actually liked it better that way. We ate this the first night with the potatoes and onions from the show. The flavors were good, but were even better the next night when I served this over pasta and with crusty Italian bread (perfect for sopping up the sauce! This recipe is definitely a keeper.

A quick and easy dish that keeps you feeling satisified. Only recommendation is to use thinner chicken to fully absorb the spices. Otherwise great dish.

This chicken dish is WONDERFUL....simple ingredients and simple instructions. I felt like I was dining in a gourmet restaurant and my husband said he would marry me all over again, just for my cooking skills (even though this is Giada's recipe. Loved it - would highly recommend! Enjoy!

I fixed this recipe along with the roasted potatoes and onions, and my family and guests loved it. The flavor combination was wonderful and the chicken was very tender. I will definitely make this again and it may become my new 'company meal'.

This recipe is easy, makes the house smell terrific, and everyone wants more.
This recipe made 3 days worth of dinner for us; it's quite a good value!
I think next time I will try boneless skinless breast, so that it will cook more quickly and be easier to eat.

This recipe is a definite keeper. Got raves when I served it the first night, and when there were not enough leftovers to serve it the way it was intended the following evening, I shredded the remaining chicken, mixed it in with the sauce, and served it over rice -- GREAT!!

I did it!!! and it actually looked like the one that Giada made! This went together very quickly and is a great dish to serve a big group. Tastes wonderful and the smell in the kitchen made it that much more enticing. Thanks Giada!

This was very easy to make and didn't have a thick tomatoe sauce on it. My husband has already requested it again...I will make this for company also.
