Not the taste I was expecting but still delicious. I didn't have prosciutto so I substituted ham and italian sausage. It was good but it wasn't going to give me the goal taste. Anyway, it's noteworthy that it's tricky to keep track of the salt content especially because of the canned tomatoes and store bought chicken broth. I was scared that it was going to be salty but it came out fine. (by the way don't taste right after adding wine. I actually would have preferred a little more salt but the capers (use them even though some might not like them balanced that out and keep in mind that the prosciutto is salty too.

Also, the dish is saucy! So make rice or a side to accompany it. The dish is flavorful and very aromatic with a very pretty color. Your dish will look a lot like the picture :.

I love Giada's fresh cooking that uses simple and healthy ingredients to make an easy and delicious meal! Served with mashed sweet potatoes and steamed broccoli for a quick and easy dinner for 2. Will for sure make many times again, as with all of Giada's recipes!

This dish was okay, not amazing. Lots of liquid left at the end and the prosciutto got kind of lost in there. Wasn't sure why you would cook the veggies and prosciutto beforehand to make them crispy, everything got soggy at the end.

Very good. I added onion. However, although liquid is necessary to cook the chicken properly, I too thought a bit watery upon serving. So, I followed as done by other reviewer by removing chicken & veggies then reduced sauce with pinch of corn starch. This way, the tasty sauce adhered. To the person that will try shrimp, maybe try with seafood stock.

My husband and I both really liked it. It's a really saucy dish. I think it needs pasta or rice with it to take advantage of all the sauce. Although, the Tuscan bread we had worked pretty well, too.
