Pretty good! Flavorful but no WOW factor! SImple comfort food. Served with Giada's grilled veggies-went well together. Hubby liked it so I'll try again...maybe with the Rotel since everyone seems to love it!

I loved this dish. Multi levels of flavors. I will make it again and again. I did not deviate from it at all. It needs nothing else.

This is a keeper. I will make it often. Very simple, tasty and beautiful presentation. Could also be made the night before for ease of preparation if expecting company.

Liked this recipe very much, I used the Rotel tomatoes, made it way too spicy for my family. Next time will just use the regular as suggested. Otherwise, it was a nice dinner, added some rice to complete the dish.

This is a delicious, easy and healthy recipe. My husband and I like lots of sauce, so we made the full recipe with only two bone-in skinless breasts and it was a great stand alone dish for dinner. Even though it was my first time making it I did make a few changes suggested from other reviewers:

    - Substitute Rotel (tomatoes and green chiles for diced tomatoes to give an extra kick of spice
    - Increase the amount of wine and decrease amount of chicken broth. I used sauvignon blanc.
    - Add a 5 oz can of tomato paste to thicken sauce(previous reviews stated the sauce was too thin
    - chop the capers to reduce intensity for those who are considering not adding them

WATCH HER VIDEO DEMO! Key video tips:
    - Season each your steps like Giada says. Add salt and pepper to not only your chicken, but when you saute the peppers and then again when you add the tomatos & wine.
    - Use of fresh herbs.
    - Don't skip on the capers and parsley at the end.

I did not love it, thought it was and bland yet heavy - the freshness of the ingredients did not come through. I often judge my dishes on how much everyone likes them. I made this for my parents and brothers family and they ate it but said it was just okay - I had a lot of left overs.

I expected a lot more flavor out of the chicken, with all the ingredients it was bland to me. Very disappointed.

This was a big hit for a dinner party. Was very tasty, and someone commented that there were so many levels of flavor. My chicken was not bland, you need to let it simmer in all the delicious juice.

Forgot to mention that I used a sweet Moscato wine. Would be interested in your comments if you try a sweet wine after using other types of white wine. For me, the sweet was great! I also use Moscato in my Risotto.
