I made this the other night for myself and a friend of mine... we both loved it! She completely scarfed it down and brought some home to her husband who raved about it as well. Not difficult to make... just a lot of chopping. Would highly recommend!

I made this with chicken thighs and drumsticks because that is what I had on hand. Next time I will use only chicken thighs. I also used both red and white wine and served it with pasta. The sauce was marvelous, according to my husband. He is my best food critic and taster of recipes before I serve them to company. I can hardly wait to serve it to friends and family.

Wow, this is the first Giada recipe I have ever tried. My husband claims to hate Italian food, but let me tell you, he almost licked his plate clean! I served it very simply with some spaghetti and Alfredo sauce, and it paired very well with this dish. Finicky husband ate the spaghetti without fuss too, even asking for seconds! I served it the day I made it, but the leftovers the next day tasted even more divine. What a winner!!

This is the best chicken recipe I've ever made. It feel like real home cooking, comfort food. Great with potatos.

I believe this was the best chicken I have ever made. The fresh ingredients made this a light and healthy meal. I used skinless boneless chicken breasts and it turned out perfect. My family raved about it. This is the way I wish I could cook more often.

    Thanks again,
