    This is the most easiest dish. I added mozzarella instead of ricotta salta because i'm not a fan of it and used shrimp instead of tomatoes, cause I don't like tomatoes either. Very tasty and easy.

    It is a wonderful pasta dish. When I have leftovers (which isn't often! I add some shredded chicken and chicken broth to the pasta and heat. It makes a really wonderful soup.

    This recipe was amazing! It tastes great and only takes a few minutes to make! I used garlic and herb feta cheese instead of ricotta salata, and it was DELICIOUS! It's a perfect pasta salad for the summer!

    I've made this a few times (with the feta for my very picky husband and we both love it! He even requested it recently. It's so simple to make but it has a great, fresh, light taste.

    I saw this recipe on TV and decided to make it that night. My family absolutely LOVED this recipe! The acidity from the lemon juice cuts the richness of the cheese, creating such a wonderful balance. Simple and easy to make in no time but incredibly satisfying clean combination of flavors. I also like that ricotta salata isn't too salty.

    I used feta, this is definitely a family favorite. I also added fresh garlic and liked and the way all the flavors meld together to make this yummy

    This rotini is excellent, even better was the second helping. It seems to get better if it sits for about 10min before serving. I used the ricotta salata. We really liked it. I thought about adding basil and garlic and red pepper, but didint.
