I also saw the recipe on Giada's show and had to make it for Sunday night supper. I had a rotisserie chicken in the fridge, and cut up a breast and added it. My husband loves it. So easy... I'll make it often.

Oh, my, such a wonderful soup. I watched this being made yesterday morning. Just had to try it. Easy to make and great with a thick piece of a hard crusty bread. Will I make this again???? You bet, I can't wait for cold weather to come just to make this again!!!! Hubby really liked it as well and I felt we was eating very healthy. Kudos to Giada.

Giada Recipies are so good, this is so easy and man it has flavor.
I wanted soup to take for lunches and this is soooo good. I made it
like she said but added some celery just trying to eat as many veggies as i can, plus i added some ground beef that i cooked.
    A plus on this one.

All I know is Giada inspires me in my kitchen every week. This soup is healthy, hearty and delicious. How rich, thick or thin you want it is up to how much polenta you add, you can make enough to feed an army or just yourself. Thank you for another yummy dinner!!!

I made this for dinner after seeing Giada make it on TV this afternoon. Looked so easy that I HAD to try it! Its a much more hearty soup than the recipe makes it sound but its DELICIOUS! Nice and smooth and buttery. 5 stars, will make this again!

I made this soup today because when you plant one zucchini plant you have tons of them! This soup was so delicious! I didn't know how I'd like the texture of the polenta but I'm happy to say it just thickened the soup and wasn't an issue. I happen to have a parmesan rind which I added at the end. Even the kids loved this soup!
