They wouldn't post my review because they thought I did not taste it. I tasted the food, maybe is the way I worded the review: I love everything Giada makes she is so talented. My family and I love her cooking. This recipe is going to make some hungry teens very happy tonight at the bon fire. I am done making them but on one of the reviews it says that they do not need to be kept warm so I made them trusting the review in hopes that they will be just as good as when hot.

Definitely will add more cheese and salami the next time I make these tasty little things. Nice to bring to a party since they don't have to be warm.

VERY tasty, and easy to make. I did up the quantities of salami and gorgonzola used, and also brushed with garlic butter a couple minutes before removing from oven. Will definitely be making these again. Another win for Giada!!

These are great! I make a large batch each fall and put them in a decorative sealed container to keep out on the counter. People grab them when they see em' : great job Giada. They're great for a little bite anytime, or with jelly. I have also used these in gift baskets because they keep well. I cut mine very small so they're easy to pop in your mouth.

I made these for a christmas basket. The first time I made them you couldn't taste the cheese--so the next time I add 3 times the cheese and twice the meat. Much better

I made these biscuits for a monthly luncheon I attend with my friends. They were a hit. I am hosting a wedding reception at my home for my son and I plan to make these as part of my menu. Thank you Giada for another great, easy recipe!

I made these as an accompaniment to a roasted tomato and wild rice soup. What a delicious savory treat! My boyfriend hates any type of blue cheese, and he gobbled up six of these biscuits! These biscuits were easy, fun to make, had very little ingredients, and tasted delicious. I would definitely love to make these again, as they were such a huge success! Thnaks for the great recipe, Giada! :o As a side note, I am a Cablevision customer and am beyond myself with disappointment as food network is now off the air...if I doesn't come back I don't know what I will do!!!!

And they did not disappoint! I made them for dinner and just made them regular sized. I think I got 10 biscuits at that size. I did add a little pepper because I just thought it might be a good idea. I added a bit more gorgonzola as well since Iove cheese.

This is a PERFECT recipe to bake for neighbors OR to bring to an Italian family holiday feast! Everyone LOVED them! It's seriously, like a little party in your mouth!
