These biscuits were soooo good and simple! I made them for Christmas Eve and will definitely make them again! I cut them a little larger as I was not packaging them and baked them for 10 minutes. I added extra gorgonzola just because I had it; it made them taste that much better. I was a little skeptical about the starwberry jam but the combination was delicious. Thanks Giada!

For a little extra punch I would add more gorgonzola.

Took longer to prep 'cause I don't have a food processor. Recipe yielded only 32 1" x 1/2" biscuits. Would make again. They are absolutely yummy.
    Thank you

These are good and easy to make?would go great along side of a cheese platter. I would recommend increasing the amount of salami and cheese otherwise they taste a little too plain.

These are good, although I would use a larger diameter cutter as they are mini and you lose the flakiness of what makes a biscuit. I yielded two cookie sheets with the small, so making them larger would not be a detriment.

I made these last night for gift baskets I'm putting together. They were light, flakey, and salty...which goes great with the jam. But, we liked them best just plain or with a little butter. I put them in cellophane bags, and they looked like something you'd buy in a gourmet store. I am excited to include these in my gift baskets. I just wonder if they will still be light and flakey in a day or two when the recipients get around to eating them.

I thought these were easy and came out so nice. The flavor wasn't very strong and I may consider even increasing the cheese required. Sea salt was important for those salty bites. May also consider adding some nice cracked peper to spice them up.
