I cannot say enough great things about this dish. My whole family loves it. Giada, you've done it again.
I substituted the salami for pork sausage but that's all (salami isn't available anywhere nearby where we live. Delicious!!

She's done it again! This was amazing. The orange zest is a must as it adds such a bright flavor to the salami and bacon and rounds out the dish. Absolutely a must try for those that are looking for a nice breakfast or brunch. Thanks Giada!

It was very tasty and easy to make! I substituted turkey chicken sausage (16 oz for both salami and bacon. I only used a handful of spinach and 2 eggs. My pan wasn't big enough for all the ingredients.

this was SOOOOO good. I left out the orange zest, because I was doing it from memory and forgot it. I also didn't remove the bacon and potatoes, I just left them in the pan and added everything to them and let everything get kind of crispy. You don't need to add salt to this recipe, the salami added enough salt. Great recipe. Thanks Giada!

Very tasty! I did not have salami so I left it out and increased the bacon - I did not miss the salami. I thought the seasoning was perfect and definitley use the nutmeg and the orange zest - you can taste a little of both which takes this from ordinary to extraordinary, without overpowering. Next time I think I will add an extra egg or two as I had a little hash leftover. I am going to make it again with the salami to see if it is even better.

I followed the recipe with a few exceptions. I left out the orange zest as I didn't have any oranges in the house. I used Summer Sausage instead of the Salami. It was a little on the salty side for me, so next time I think I will not salt anything except a little salt while I cook the potatoes. Overall this dish is simple to make and a hit in my house!

Favorite egg dish. The salami makes it very different and adds a chewy texture. I did not have spinach and used arugula and it worked fine as greens. Everyone loved it.

Delish! I followed the recipe except for the nutmeg. I covered the skillet while cooking the eggs. The orange zest is perfect with the salami and flavors. My husband gave it 10. I will make this again and again.
