    Excellent! Everyone loved it. I used breakfast sausage instead of salami. Next time I will use less salt on the potatoes since the sausage and bacon have enough salt. I like the flavor the nutmeg and orange brought to the dish. Will definitely make this for Christmas breakfast. Giada's breakfast popovers with Italian Sausage is a great recipe as well.

    Delicious! I've made home-fries with eggs, or Potatoes and Eggs for years, but this was the best. I had to substitute smoked sausage for the salami since that's what I had on hand and cooked it at the bacon step. Oh, wow, the nutmeg, orange and spinach just took this over the top.
