Absolutely delicious. Instead of shallots ( I didn't have any, I used sweet onions, added red pepper, cilantro, a little mince garlic.. it was soooo good...

Simple and Delicious. I did not have shallots so I add some onion flakes in stead. Was very good! Will make again. Note: I cooked it for 10 minutes then flipped and cooked for another 5. It was perfect. Total cook time 15 minutes.

An absolutely delicious dish, and easy to make. We followed the recipe exactly, but for half the portion. Pair it with sauteed spinach and brown rice. Open a Chateau Ste. Michelle Chardonnay. Yum.

Let me start off by saying that I'm not a big fan of salmon but this recipe changed all that. The flavor combinations with the salmon was absolutely delicious. I also tried this recipe using a glass baking dish with tilapia fish and it turned out great as well. This dish was also very easy and simple to put together and it doesn't take very long to cook...especially when you have a busy household. I highly recommend everyone try this dish at least once with or without the salmon.

Easy, Simple and Healthy.
We like that each one of us had our own salmon wrapped. Instead of foil we used parchment paper. Will be making this again.

This meal was so easy and delicious! I was only making this for myself with one piece of salmon so I just eyeballed the remaining ingredients. Also, I didnt have shallots so I used finely diced spanish onion and minced garlic! It was excellent! I think i may also throw a splash of white wine into the pouch next time! Super easy to make, just throw all the ingredients in and set the timer! Thanks Giada!

I thought this recipe was okay. I used roasted tomatoes but, it just wasn't that great to me. Although, it has rave reviews, I will not make this again.

I loved this recipe. It had so much flavor. I only had two salmon fillets, so I ended up using about 3/4 pint of grape tomatoes, 1 shallot, juice from 1/2 of a lemon, and 1/2 tsp of each thyme and oregano.
