Easy and tasty. I used 1.5 tsp of herbs instead of 1. Also threw in 1 TB of capers. Was tasty even for my wife.

At first glance this recipe seemed a little intimidating because of all the steps but when you get down to it it becomes very easy.
I am not much of a fish fan, I do not like eating fish that taste like the sea but this came out awesome. Its taste was delicate and just melts in your mouth. I loved it and will be making this often, one thing I think helped a great deal was that I purchased fresh fish and not frozen.

Our favorite salmon recipe! Delicious and just as good the next day as a cold dish with a fresh squeeze of lemon. Have also added artichokes and Greek olives to change it up.

This was fantastic! I modified just a little, added capers, pinch of red chill flakes & 2 garlic cloves. Served with basmati rice, had enough of the mixture in each package to take a little from the salmon to mix with the rice on the plate. Will definitely make this often!

The receipe was great! I didn't measure anything, just taste as I went along, and this was simple and great! I never paid much attention to this chefs dishes but I will from now on. My husband wants more and so do I!

This recipe was EXCELLENT!!! I added a tablespoon of red wine vinegar to the tomato mixture and used green onions as that's what I had. I made it with a side of wheat couscous and poured the leftover juice from the foil packets on top of it - it was delicious and I'll be making it again!!

Nice, simple, healthy, and light way to prepare salmon. Leftover tomato salsa from before baking goes and adds a nice crunch to the soft tomatoes.
