I used 7 oz fillets and cooked the same time... it was delicious and flaky, not overcooked, just the way I like it.

I made this for my husband and it was wonderful. It was so simple and quick, perfect for a fast and healthy meal. My husband said the seasonings didn't seem to go well with the fish, but I loved it.

I love this recipe! It's now in the rotation. I've also used tilapia as a substitute for the salmon in the summer, and I've also added capers and olives to the tomato mixture other times. It's such an easy way to get fish into your diet!

I love salmon and hate washing dishes so I had to try this recipe. As a cheat I just spooned some restaurant style salsa on top instead of the ingredients since I figured the salsa had most of what was required anyway. The salmon turned out great! So moist and tender and full of flavor. Made it twice already and recommended it to my sister too.

What a nice and easy way to prepare salmon. I used two pieces of slamon for the recipe and added the extra sauce evenly between the two pieces instead of four. What a delicious dish for a quick meal.

For some reason I'm not really crazy about the thyme flavor. The topping wasn't that great, maybe because I used onions instead of shallots (I didn't have any. My husband didn't really care for it, and I ended up eating most of it. It did kind of grow on me after eating it for 2 days.

ONe of my fav's because it is easy when I don't feel like spending a lot of time in the kitchen, and still want a good way to cook salmon.
    TWO thumbs up!
