I go through periods of salmon cravings and eat it often during these times. I like this recipe for the days that I want a change since it's a bit different than my usual. As an added bonus, I often have most of the ingredients on hand so it is CONVENIENT and super easy!

I love this recipe. I substitute spinach instead of arugula for a milder flavor. I also add pine nuts. It is delicious, quick, and easy. To save time and money, sometimes I buy frozen, deveined and peeled shrimp.

This was fabulous and for me a perfect dish for my family. We all have different tastes and it is difficult to accommodate at times. Aside from the fact the dish is easy and wonderful on its own, it gave me the opportunity to spice it up for everyone's taste. Bravo!

My husband made this for me one night and I couldn't stop bragging about it. The herbs went perfect with the fish and it was very moist. This recipe has exceeded most fish entrees I have had at very nice restaurants, and it was easy to prepare. Thanks!

Wow! This is without a doubt the best salmon recipe I have. It is so incredibly easy and good. I served it with couscous. To make it even easier, I just throw everything in a casserole dish and toss it in the oven for 20 minutes. I also use the diced tomatoes that already have Italian spices for some extra kick. It is tender and flaky and so delicious. Definitely a keeper!

My spouse asks for this every week; it's become a household favorite and a great way to entice non-fish eaters into a great dish.
