This goes well with fresh tomatoes& frozen corn. Seasoned the salmon with; garlic & onion powder, seasoned salt& cayenne pepper. Delicious everytime: I didn't like seafood prior to this recipe!

This was delicious! Very tasty. Only change I made was cutting it in half for 2 people and buying a can of cubed tomatoes with oragano and marjoram in it. (Was either Hunt's or DelMonte. Don't remember which Really added to the flavor. Usually wife does the cooking so I screwed up the rice by not timing it well. Have a better idea of timing for next time.

This was great! I am not a huge salmon fan and I am very picky how I eat it. It was awesome! Even my six year old liked it.

It was light and not too bad but kind of bland and the tomatoes were way too soft.

I have made this recipe several times and can't think of a way to improve it. My wife and I try to have salmon or trout once a week and other seafood for another. We would rather spend our money on healthy food than on drugs to correct the problems caused by a poor diet. We only use olive oil, so going out to a resturant creates problems.

We really enjoyed this tonight. I read the reviews and made the following adjustments. I added 3 cloves of garlic, 2T capers and some red pepper flakes to the tomato mixture. I salt and peppered both the salmon and the tomato mixture. I reduced the cooking temp to 375 and cooked for 22 minutes. Served over rice with steamed snow peas. Perfect. tasty and healthy too!
