Very good, love the flavors! A good dish for company since it's easy to throw together & easy to clean up, too.

I've been looking for a way to cook salmon. I know this fish tastes great when served sashimi style...and now I can use this recipe to make it just as good at home.

Very easy but use a little kick in the flavor department.

This didn't look that appetizing in the picture, but it was really good when I made it.

What a delicious and easy recipe! I substituted another fish for salmon, only because I hate salmon. The sauce and cooking method are great, though. The sauce is so light and flavorful, and goes wonderfully with fish. This is another winner from Giada -- it looks like you put so much work into making it, but it really couldn't be easier.

My first recipe review ever! This recipe is easy to buy ingredients for, and a snap to prepare. In the oven for a quickie, and dinner's on the table and people are enjoying a healthy meal! My only concern and one of enough concern to not make this dish too frequently, is that there are concerns regarding the health safety of cooking a dish in foil, because the acid especially of foods like tomatoes react with the foil and is no good to digest at least not on a regular basis. If anyone has comments about that, let me know. If it weren't for that, I'd be cooking all my fish in foil hands down!

Baking salmon this way kept it moist, and the flavor was perfect! It was fun to open each little parcel!
