If you like salmon, you will love it after this recipe. I used fresh Copper River salmon. It was light and incredibly fresh tasting with the herbs and tomato. I only baked for 20 minutes, it was moist and delicious. Thank you...any fabulous side suggestions?

Husband always raves about salmon entree's in restaurants. I've prepared many salmon recipes at home. I thought they were excellent - he rated them just o.k. He loved this recipe!...and it was very easy to prepare. Lots of gold stars....

Giada-Girl, had this Friday and it was excellent! OK, I did add some sun-dried tomatoes and used it's oil on the salmon along with vine-ripe tomatoes, fresh oregano and thyme; the sun-dried kicked the tastebuds.Won't salt salmon next time and will have a little bread to mop the liquids and more tomatoes-had to have some on each piece of salmon.Plan to prepare for Mom at Thanksgiving. Go Giada, Go Giada!

It's easy to make and taste good. For people who don't usually cook, this is a good choice.

very good. used red onion instead of shallots and left out the thyme. still flavorfull. i think this recipe would go well w/ halibut and others too.
