    This could not have been simpler to make! Easy prep, cleanup, and a light, tasty dish. Definitely one of my new favorites.

    This dish, because it's wrapped in foil was very juicy, however, could have had a little more flavor.

    Couldn't believe how simple this was to make. It took no time to prepare and even less time to clean up. The tomato topping really complimented the salmon without overpowering it.

    This recipe was a big hit with 3 generations in my family. The only thing I changed was using cherry tomatoes because they are much more flavorful than the big hard supermarket ones with no flavor. When the heirloom varieties come out in the farmers' market I'll definitely use them instead.

    This is the first time that I've ever made salmon so, needless to say, I was a little nervous. I searched this site to find what I thought might be the easiest recipe and was thrilled to find not only something easy but by far the best salmon I've had in my life. I will never again pay $24 in a restaurant when I can make it even better myself! A phenomenal recipe that I will be sharing with all of my friends!!!

    This was easy,fast and so good. It was very moist. I didn't have much time and my boyfriend had never had salmon. He loved it.
