Flavors just burst in your mouth. The most refreshing salmon dish I've had in a long time

The salmon was delicious. So soft and delicious. I can't wait to make it again. It was the easiest dish I've tried yet.

This recipe for salmon is outstanding. Giada is one of the best! But I took one of her other recipes and blended the two. I added some spinach under each piece of salmon, then poured about 3 T of white wine around the salmon. Wow, it was outstanding. Hope you enjoy too.

I'm not a big salmon eater, but this was incredibly good. It's simple to prepare and filled with flavor. I used fresh tomatoes. Absolutely delicious!

I love this recipe! Baking the salmon in the foil pockets is such a great way to keep the salmon moist and super juicy and the tomato mixure hot and tender. The juices that reside inside the foil are great for dipping the salmon into and you will want to savor every bite. Again, this recipe has a presentation that will make guests think you put more time and effort into the meal than you actually did. This truly is a great alternative to the typical ways of cooking salmon. A+

It was so simple but I think next time I'll use fresh herbs. Yum! It's a keeper for sure.
