This dish was so easy. I even got great raves from my in-laws.

Another winner from Giada! Unbelievably simple and tasty. My husband doesn't like any kind of onion, so I usually omit the shallot and it is still delicious. I make this several times a month. Always a hit.

This dish is such a party pleaser! Everyone of my friends enjoyed unwrapping their own little gift from my kitchen! The timing for the salmon was perfect! The shallots and the sweet tangy tomatoes add a refreshing taste to the salmon.

My guests were so impressed with this dish and they thought a lot of work went into it, but it's one of the easiest things I've ever made. Plus, it produces extremely moist salmon.

This salmon recipe is perfect for weeknights. It's a total breeze! I removed the salmon from the foil before serving but it's also a unique twist to serve it in the foil. I couldn't believe how quick and easy this was! I'm looking forward to the release of Giada's cookbook.
