This is the easiest salmon dish I've ever prepared and my husband and I were quite surprised at how much flavor was in it. Yummy!

I felt that baking this for 25 minutes as suggested would be too much. I cooked this for less than 20 and it was moist and delicious.

When I first made this recipe, my husband thought it was a gourmet meal. Easy to prepare with an even easier cleanup.

This is one of the easiet, best tasting recipes I've tried. Very easy cleanup, too. If you like salmon, give this one a try tonight!

I used parchment paper instead of foil and it turned out very good. Lots of flavor and easy to prepare. Was a little overdone and will decrease cooking time by 3-4 minutes.

This recipe was one of the easiest I have ever found for salmon. It was quick, and the salmon was still moist!

My family thought this was a very tasty entree. Preparing the salmon in individual foil packets was easy. The simple ingredients of shallots and tomatoes complemented the salmon and kept it quite moist. I substituted tarragon for oregano, and it turned out fine. I baked it for 20 minutes in a convection oven(could have been 17instead of 25.
