    A great recipe for many reasons. The flavors are great. I did add a garlic clove minced, sliced calamata olives and some capers. Really easy to make. AND perfect to assemble ahead of time, put in the fridge, and pop in the oven when everyone gets home.

    I substituted the regular tomatoes with the Rotel and cilantro. Wow! What a kick that gave it! Absolutely delicious and the salmon was a hit in my house!

    This was pretty bland. I used fresh thyme, since I had it on hand. I think without it, it would have been even more bland. I would not make this again.

    This was really easy and delicious. Used canned tomatoes and red onion. Forgot the lemon juice. It was still really really good. Was almost like salsa on top. I didn't think this would be THAT good for how simple it is. Will definitely make again

    Super easy, super simple, and tasty.

    I agree with something missing but I liked the ending taste. It had a creaminess to it, possibly because salmon has its own fatiness.

    Let me start of by saying, this was my first time cooking salmon!!!! Was a little scared but I have tried other recipes from Giada and she never lets me down. I agree with the comment below, something is missing, but I just don't know what??? But dont get me wrong, it came out good. Did good for my first time..Thanks again Giada!
