Very easy and simply delicious! I think it would be lacking in flavor if you follow the recipe exactly but throw in some garlic, cumin and curry powder (makes it more eastern than italian and it's a sure hit!!

Wonderfully easy for a busy night and quite tasty. Not outstanding though; needs something. Next time I would follow other reviewers idea of adding some garlic.

This is really excellent. The best for salmon that I have ever tried,
cooking Salmon in the oven. It also work just Great with just about any kind of fish.
I threw in some Garlic also.

This is great! So good for a change from marinades and almond crusted recipes. My husband loved it! Served with green beans and wild rice. Yum!

This was a big hit with my family- very fresh taste! I do think 25 minutes is a couple minutes too long. I would take it out of the oven in 22 minutes.
