    "Stupid delicious"
My parents and brother adored this whole dish and then I paired it with an upside down cake. Totally the easiest dish ever!

This far exceeded my expectations - it was so good! Even my husband, who typically does not like fish, loved this dish. I think the pea puree makes the dish. I didn't care for the lemon brodetto as much, but that's what made the dish for my husband.

I paired it with Ina Garten's Herbed Basmati Rice, and it went perfectly with Giada's dish.

I don't think the brodetto adds much and will likely skip it in the future, but this was easy, fast, and delicious! I am in loooove with making peas this way - just as good without the cheese if you want it to be lighter.

I thought this recipe sounded weird and never would have tried it if my friend hadn't recommended it. It is fabulous! Looks and tastes like a five-star restaurant meal. The mint adds such a wonderful freshness, and the different temperatures are very interesting. My kids gobble it up and request it all the time!

This salmon recipe was simple and I mean simple. Within the hour, I was tasting the most delicious salmon I have ever tasted. I savoured all the ingredients as it blended and melted in my mouth.

Giada, I try to watch you whenever I can and I'm glad I did not miss this specialty. Thank you so much for letting my tastebuds burst with absolutely delicious flavor.

I should be so lucky to have you cook for me sometime. Thank you so much and very sincerely yours, Rhoda Messemer

Wow...my husband chose this recipe; I was a little turned off by the idea of "pea puree". I am so glad I kept an open mind--this was one of the most delicious recipes, and probably the single best salmon recipe, I've ever made. The lemon brodetto was delicate and added the perfect citrus touch. The pea puree--which I warmed before serving-- was good enough to eat straight from the bowl! Don't let the name fool you...this recipe rocks! The only change I would make next time is to try to cut down just a little on the amount of oil in each component of the recipe.

this was a great recipe...very easy and tasty. as my guest put it, she loved it because she'd never had anything like it before. i finished off the salmon in the oven because i like it more done, and that worked out just fine. the pea puree is really outstanding, and temperature-wise everything was great. highly recommended!

I am a beginner cook. I have to admit, when I saw the name of this dish, I was very skeptical. I had no clue what a brodetto was and the combination of peas and salmon seemed very strange to me. It was the 5-star ratings and reviews that finally convinced me to make it. OMG - thank you foodtv.com reviewers - this dish was amazing. My husband could not stop raving while eating it. The dish was so memorable, when he woke up the next day, the first thing he said was, "That salmon dish was spectacular!" I followed the recipe exactly. I made sure to fully defrost the peas (as recommended by the other reviewers and warm to room temperature. This recipe is definitely a keeper. Thanks to Giada for making a crappy, beginner cook like me look good!
