This salmon was delicious and had delicate flavor from the brodetto and the pea puree. We all loved it.

I love this dish! It's impressive, but pretty simple! The pea puree is so good, that I ate a couple of spoonfuls on its own. :- I love the way the salmon seared, and all of the ingerdients within the brodetto and the puree, just perfectly complemented one another. The only thing I'd change is cutting down on the amount of chicken broth. I halved the recipe, but it was still too much, and my salmon sat in a lot of "soup". :- It was still wonderful and pretty, but unnecessary in amount. I served with a spinach salad and a side of steamed asparagus. It would go great with some brown or wild rice, too! Giada rocks!

This is an incredible recipe! It makes boring old Salmon exciting again! I've made it a few times and have found out that it is IMPERATIVE that the peas be defrosted thoroughly, otherwise the pea puree is much too cold.

It's definitely an impressive, gourmet meal. Thanks Giada!

THIS RECIPE WAS SO GOOD. MY HUSBAND AND I ENJOYED IT SO MUCH THAT WE HAD SOME INGREDIENTS LEFT OVER AND WE PREPARED IT AGAIN THE VERY NEXT DAY.

I loved this dish. I am not a big fan of mint so I left it out. I served it in a bowl and at the end the lemon brodetto and the peas made a soup which I thought was delicious. Next time I make it I will serve it with crunchy bread. A+
