This dish was very refreshing and simple. I think the presentation was beautiful and the combination of flavors was wonderful. I do recommend adding more salt other than that it was a hit.

This was fun to make with my hubby but it was a little labor intensive for us so I recommend it as a great recipe to make on the weekend. Also, it produced a lot of dirty dishes (I don't have a dishwasher so that was a big deal for me.

This was very good. All elements of this dish were delicious. Be sure to use the proper dishes though. I didn't have any shallow dishes so I opted for plain old cereal bowls. The pea puree drowned in the lemon brodetto and dissolved into green slop.

I found this to be a wonderfully presented dish and absolutely delicious - very interesting flavour combination. I heated the pea puree in the microwave a bit because I made it the day before - it helped to melt the cheese. Highly recommended.

What I loved about this recipe was how refreshing it tasted. The presentation was also beautiful and great for summer entertaining. Another plus for me is that it could be prepared in steps and ahead of time so you could just cook the salmon and it was ready in 5 minutes and enjoy your company without slaving over the stove.

the salmon and the pea puree were excellent, i didn't see the need to make the brodettto. With a side of rice and fresh salad from the garden this was an excellent supper!

I made this on Good Friday for my Brother and Sister in Law and we all loved it - she took my printed recipe with her. The recipe difficulty says medium, but I thought it was easy. We had leftover pea puree which we used the following day as an appetizer on flat bread - delicious by itself as well!

I thought this recipe was good. Not one that I would make often though. The flavors were light, which is very nice for this dish.
