This was unbelievable. It has great flavors and is healthy also. I made this with Giada's Easter Pie and prosciutto wrapped asparagus. It was wonderful. Highly recommend and easy to make also

I followed the recipe exactly and it was delicious! Husband and I enjoyed every bite! Nice change to the normal salmon recipe I always make. Will definitely make it again.

My husband loved it and so did I. Simple ingredients you probably have on hand. The mint really works well with this recipe, make sure you use it.
I thought I was at my favorite restaurant eating a gourmet meal.

This recipe is a great way to fool your guests. This simple dish is so easy to make yet it will impress your guests because it can look so gourmet. It doesn't call for many ingredients and is dee-lish.

WOW...If I had this at a resturant I would not only recommend the dish but would go back again and again for this. Amazingly easy and flavorful. I wasn't sure if the pea puree was to be hot or at room tempurature so I chose hot. Served with white rice. Thanks for another great recipe

I'm always looking for ways to make salmon exciting and this dish was truly unique and tasty. The lemony brodetto broth was a terrific complement to the richness of the salmon, and the pea puree was sweet and creamy with just a hint of the fresh mint on the back end. We served with a chilled sauvignon blanc, and will absolutely make this in the future. It's now part of my repertoire! :

This is an amazingly delicious dish and simple to make. The salmon was light, the broth refreshing and lemony and the pea puree fresh tasting! I plan on making this dish again and again.

I loved this recipe. However, I did sub the Pea Puree with garlic sauted fresh spinach.
