This is a great recipie, it was a hit with my husband. The only thing though, when it says to cook the salmon on High, turn it down a little bit less than High. One side of my salmon was a little crispier than the other!

This is a wonderful and fresh recipe. I loved the colors of the salmon against the pea puree. The flvors were wonderful together. Since I have started to cook more and trying new recipes Giada has come through once more. My husband is a fan

I am just learning to cook despite being practically ancient and Giada's recipes have been a great way to get me started. This recipe is easy, looks beautiful and has a wonderful combination of flavors. My husband thought it would be great for a light, springtime meal with friends and I agree. I wouldn't change a thing. (I agree with the person who said that the recipe makes enough broth to only use half and then save half to use with a different fish later in the week.

I couldn't believe how simple and delicious this recipe was. My mother always has something to say about my cooking - you should have used a little less this or a little more that. She had absolutely nothing to say about this except, "This is the most amazing thing I've ever tried!" I was speechless! Everyone absolutely loved this dish. I made her roasted fennel and parmesan dish to go along with this. My brother is not a fennel lover, but ate every piece I gave him. He actually asked for seconds, too bad it was all gone.

This recipe is flat-out fantastic. It's very easy and fast to prepare, especially since the pea puree can be made ahead and re-warmed. My husband couldn't get over it - he said it was "just like something you'd order in a restaurant". I usually don't cook fish at home but this is an excellent way to get a light, filling and flavorful meal on the table in about half an hour. Can't wait to try it out with company. Brava, Giada!

The broth and pea puree were just delicious paired with the salmon. It was easy and looked elegant and would be great for company. Definitely a keeper!

This meal was simple and easy to make. My first time making it I needed to look at the recipe but it was so simple that by the second time I was was able to do it on my own. The peas are delicious and when paired with the salmon and brodetto even better.
