I was really excited to try this recipe because I love salmon, especially with lemon, and I've been looking for a new way to cook salmon. However, there is something odd about the flavor mixtures of; pea. mint, lemon, salmon. if you love gourmet, as I do, then you'll probably take a liking to this recipe. But, if you're anything like my husband...afraid to go out of the box, then you'll find it gross. I found it okay, the one main downer being the temperature of the Brodetto and pea puree being to room temp by the time the salmon's ready...then I had to nuke it in the micro...making it too warm.. I don't know, just didn't flow like I intended.

Excellent dish. At first I thought it would be too light for a winter dinner but the flavors and textures were fantastic.

This dish would be welcome any time of the year.

I followed the recommendation of another reviewer and used edamame instead of the peas...incredible and so easy! Thanks, Giada!!!

I'm not a big fan of peas, but when I saw Giada cooking it on Everyday Italian, I ran right out and picked up the things I would need to prepare it. IT WAS FANTASTIC! I am having guest for dinner in a few weeks, and this is what I am serving.

Would like to know how to print recipes and also include the photo. I get a lot of recipes from allrecipes.com, and the photo is included. I like that a lot!

Everything was perfect. I made this tonight for my boyfriend and myself and it was perfect. The flavors just came together wonderfully and we'll have this light dish on our menu going forward. Thanks Giada !!!

I made this recipe exactly as directed. It was delicate and delicious. This is a great company meal as it is beautiful, great tasting and impressive yet easy to make. I was afraid that the mint would be overpowering but it wasn't, definitely put it in.

While it was beautiful on the plate, the taste was disappointing. The Pea Puree had a very stong "pea" taste which didn't compliment the Salmon very well. My family didn't enjoy it.

My husband and I made this for Valentine's Day. It was quick, easy and delicious. We will absolutely make this recipe again. One note, we both liked the pea puree better without the parmesean cheese in it.

My goodness! The lemon brodetto is so tasty I want to lift the plate to my mouth and drink it up. I prefer to broil my salmon and once i used a pesto sauce instead of the pea puree. All were amazing. This dish is so healthy and filling. Definately one of my favorites.
