    This recipe is great! I substituted mahi-mahi for the salmon, just because I didn't have it. It has so much flavor, and the mint is wonderful! This is probably one of my favorites to date!

    I love this recipe, its so elegant looking, easy to make with not to many ingrediants and the best part tastes great. I didnt know that salmom could taste so good in so little time, and I am not a sea food eater.
