Ok, I am reviewing this again. We had some of the brodetto & puree left over, so we made it with Halibut last night...it was even MORE delicious!! Love this. This will be a staple in our house.

I didn't love this. The mint overpowered the dish. Next time, I think I'll try different herbs.

I made this dish for my husband, who had just gotten home from a trip to the Napa Valley for 5 days. He said it was the best meal he had all week. 'nuff said.

PS I cooked it exactly like the recipe. No changes.

I am "rating" this dish again b/c it is SOOO amazing & dinner party worthy. Had 5 friends for dinner tonight each with different tastes & preferences. They all LOVED it. As mentioned before, not a salmon fan, subbed chilean sea bass this time and again fantastic. Does take a little finesse putting it together as guests await dinner. But that's what husbands/significant others are for right ? And yes, a shallow bowl/plate is the best service vessel so the broth can swim under the pea puree. Thanks Giada !!

This dish is not only incredibly delicious, it's also free of significant pitfalls--I've made it once and had it at two other people's house, and every time it was fantastic. Make this dish. Honestly.

This was the BEST salmon dish I have ever had! I, too, halved the lemon brodetto however notice that the directions read serve in "bowl". It was meant to have a lot of juice. And it is also not unhealthy for you-- so drink up. I didn't have frozen peas, so I had to use a can. It was AMAZING anyway. WOW! Thanks so much Giada, this is going into heavy rotation.

This is an amazing dish. Should have taken the advice about making half the lemon brodetto. Our salmon was swimming in it but still delicious! Will make again!

Oh. My. G. - This was soooo good. I served this with Giada's Nonna Luna's Rice altogether in a pasta bowl and it was a huge hit! EVERYONE loved it. I had a lot of the brodetto and pea puree (and rice left over, so I served it with shrimp later in the week. This will definitely be a regular meal for me and my family - I can't wait to make it again!!
