I had a bunch of fresh basil and substituted it in for the mint and it was so delicious. I also added 1cup of white wine and 1 cup chicken stock instead of all chicken stock to the broth. I would definitely recommend this recipe.

As someone who loves salmon, this dish took my affection to a whole new level. The acidity of the lemon broth paired with the sweet, freshness of the pea puree gave a simple salmon preparation a whole new dimension. Simple to prepare, this dish has officially become a regular at my home! A MUST try!

This was such a great combination of flavors! I loved it! It got me out of my normal pattern of roasted salmon. It was quick and not too difficult. It's fancy enough for company but quick enough to enjoy on a weeknight too! It had bright, clean, fresh flavors. Perfect for a taste of spring.

This recipe is highly rated and I've made other Giada recipes and I love salmon, but I thought this recipe as a whole was not delicious. The salmon was bland and would have been better roasted in the oven, the lemon broth was overpowering, and the pea puree was horrible-it had a terrible flavor from the combination of cheese, mint, and peas, and the texture was terrible. It was like baby food, but the pea skins were still present in the puree, which made it lumpy. Overall, I thought it didn't taste as good as it should have for all the effort involved.

This recipe was fabulous! I usually do not like salmon but due to it's high nutritional value, I am attempting to acquire a taste for it. I loved this recipe and might love salmon now because of it! The pea puree was yummy with a hit of sweetness. The mint adds a wonderful flavor to it too. The lemon brodetto complimented the fish very nicely. I served it over a little short grain brown rice. Thanks, Giada! I will definitely fix this dish again!

It is best served in a bowl or deep dish. Put the pea puree in first THAN pour the lemon brodetto around the puree. Place the fish on top of the puree. This was the best salmon I have ever had.
My friend made it but served it on a regular plate. The puree absorbed much of the brodetto and it just wasn't the same.

I liked this recipe and the salmon looks so beautiful set upon the pea puree. However, the pea puree is way too salty. My husband couldn't eat it. Next time I would use about half to 3/4 the amount of salt.

Very easy to make and very delicious. My wife and I and even the kids enjoyed it. Would definitely make again.
