    I made this for guests last night and it turned out perfectly. The salmon was super moist, well seasoned, and delicious. It looks gorgeous when you open the foil packets on each plate and you have the steamy salmon with lemon slices and rosemary sprigs. My guests wanted the recipe. Successful and very easy. I used a gas grill and it didn't take long at all.

    This recipe is amazing and so simple it has become a staple in my house! It also makes a great main course for dinner parties, you will have people asking for the recipe for sure!

    I make this dish often for myself and love it. Had a dinner party of ten and thought I'd try it with one whole, large piece of salmon. Placed the salmon in a large aluminum roasting pan, eyeballed the ingredients, used about 3/4 cup of white wine and sealed it with foil. Cooked on the grill for 18-20 minutes. The salmon was perfect. Was a little tricky getting the large piece of fish out of the pan without breaking it, but managed. Just crushed down the end of the pan and simply slid the fish out onto a large platter. Makes for a great presentation with a row or two of lemons down the center of the fish overlapping. Since I paired the salmon with roasted garlic and rosemary baby new potatoes, I used dill on the fish... was great! BIG hit with guests.

    I made this with less marsala wine than called for and it still turned out great. Everyone love it and I love that I could assemble each little foil packet of salmon that morning and then threw them on the grill right before. Super easy.

    After a long weekend of bbq parties for Derby Day and friends over on Sunday, this was a perfect, quick, moist, flavorful recipe. I got a 4 1/2 stars out of 5! Probably could have used more olive oil on the foil to keep the fish whole. Maybe that is why recommended to serve in the foil on the plate so one would not notice.
