I made this with fresh salmon fillets and only subsituted white wine for the marsala wine. Followed the recipe exactly (on the grill - but not over a pan as our bbq's got difused charcoal. This was so easy to make, so delicious, and nutritious. My families still talking about it!

Made this for dinner party for six on Sunday evening. Everyone loved it and all the salmon was gone in an instant. Flavors are great and did not change anything although I did sprinkle a little dill on the fish as well. Will def. make again, I am having 8 people over in a couple of weeks and will do it then.
This recipe is def. a keeper for a spring menu. Nearly forot did not grill the packets but put them in a 400 deg. over for 15 minutes. Was great. Enjoy!

Wow it only took a few minutes to make this, and it turned out great! I baked it at 400 about 10 minutes, then peeled back the foil and baked it 5 more minutes. They were perfect. I am not sure if I did exactly what Giada says, I sort of estimated, but I loved this recipe and I will definitely make it again.

p.s. When I bought the fresh salmon, the skin was still on so I just baked it with the skin on - thats the way I like salmon anyway. Came out super delicious! I served it with sauteed broccoli and salad. The best!

This was an extremely flavourful take on salmon. I baked it instead, delicate and delicious.

Serving it in the packet may not be the most aesthetic presentation but you don't want to miss out on all the juices.

I'm not a very experienced cook so I really liked this recipe. The salmon was juicy and the flavor is sooo good. I would highly recommend you try this dish!

I made this recipe for my family for Valentine's Dinner and it was a smashing success! It was so easy and had a beautiful presentation. I added frozen vegetables to the foil packet under the fish and it was delicious. I served it with rice and it was a tasty, healthy dinner with tons of flavor.

I've made this for my husband and I last night, and it was incredible! Definitely a favorite: beautiful presentation, almost no prep time and cooks within 15 minutes, most importantly it's healthy! Absolutely loved it!

Cooked these on the George Foreman minus the capers. The lemon really makes it! Served them with steamed broccoli and brown rice!
